Tracking your Lymphatic by Shanice order is simple. Below is everything you need to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.

1. How to Track

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout. This email contains:

  • Your order number
  • The carrier handling your delivery
  • A unique tracking number
  • A direct link to track the status of your package

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view real-time updates on your package.

2. When Will My Tracking Update?

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking link does not show updates immediately, please give it a little time before reaching out. This is normal.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within:

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited shipping (where available): 2 to 4 business days

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather, and holidays.

4. Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, please:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  • Confirm the email address used at checkout. Sometimes a small typo prevents emails from arriving.
  • Allow up to two (2) business days after placing your order for the shipping confirmation to be sent.

If you still cannot locate your tracking, email us at info@lymphaticbyshanice.com with your full name and order number, and we will resend it.

5. Tracking Shows "Delivered" But Package Not Found

Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before they actually arrive. If your tracking says delivered but you do not have the package:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your front desk if applicable.
  • Look around the delivery area, including porches, side doors, mailboxes, and parcel rooms.
  • Wait up to two (2) business days, as packages occasionally arrive a day later than the carrier's update.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact info@lymphaticbyshanice.com within fourteen (14) days of the marked delivery date and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
