SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Lymphatic by Shanice. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on lymphaticbyshanice.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one to two (1 to 2) business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. In those cases, we will communicate any delays through email or on the Site.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where carrier service is available. We do not currently ship internationally. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We use trusted U.S.-based carriers such as USPS, UPS, and similar partners. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • Standard shipping: approximately 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited shipping (where available): approximately 2 to 4 business days

Estimates are based on carrier averages and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders above the threshold displayed at checkout. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may change at any time, and any applicable thresholds will be shown clearly on the Site and at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the email is sent. If you have not received a tracking email within three (3) business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, and then contact us at info@lymphaticbyshanice.com.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to guarantee changes to a shipping address once an order has been processed for fulfillment. If you notice an error, please contact info@lymphaticbyshanice.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. Lymphatic by Shanice is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

7. Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any reshipment costs in such cases. If we are unable to reach you within thirty (30) days, the order may be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier office, and allow up to two (2) business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at info@lymphaticbyshanice.com within fourteen (14) days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Taxes and Duties

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown on your order summary.
