These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website lymphaticbyshanice.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered by Lymphatic by Shanice, a brand operated by RB Ventures Group LLC ("Lymphatic by Shanice," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on lymphaticbyshanice.com. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Accounts

Some features of the Site may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@lymphaticbyshanice.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

3. Products and Availability

Lymphatic by Shanice offers wellness and dietary supplement products, along with related items, through the Site. We make reasonable efforts to display product information, including ingredients, photos, and descriptions, as accurately as possible. However, colors, packaging, and minor formula details may vary slightly from images shown. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time, and to limit order quantities.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable jurisdiction. Payment is due at the time of order through one of the supported payment methods. By submitting an order, you authorize us, or our payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of your order, including taxes and shipping fees.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that product, even after the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the listed products under these Terms. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription option, you authorize Lymphatic by Shanice to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the schedule displayed at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting info@lymphaticbyshanice.com. Cancellations are effective for future billing cycles. Previously charged subscription orders that have already been processed are not automatically refunded but may be eligible for our standard return policy. We will notify you in advance of any material change to subscription pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, packaging design, marketing copy, videos, and the "Lymphatic by Shanice" name and brand identity, is owned by RB Ventures Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. 8. User Conduct
